Chaos, Order, or Alive!

For this month's Lunch & Learn, Paul Dandurand, CEO of PIEmatrix will be presenting a business transformation platform solution.
The event will start with an overview of the different maturity levels companies have with process --- Chaos, Order, and Alive. He will then display how PIEmatrix helps organizations transform to Alive with a combination of the customer's best practices and the PIEmatrix technology.
PIEmatrix is a software-as-a-service business transformation platform. It provides process management technology to drive best practice implementation, team collaboration, and process and project governance that foster revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficiencies.

Paul has a background in starting and growing companies. Prior to starting PIEmatrix, he was co-founder of FocusFrame where he held multiple roles including director and co-president. FocusFrame was sold to Hexaware in 2006.
His extensive enterprise project experience comes from previous management positions with Ernst & Young (now Capgemini) and Siebel Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
