Bios
Flip Brown is the Owner of Business Culture Consultants, a Burlington based consulting, facilitation, training, and coaching firm. He has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Flip has held previous positions as a product manager and technical representative in the ski and snowboard industry, as well as sales associate, craftsperson, author, and non-profit program director.
He has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at Antioch New England Graduate School and Champlain College, and holds licensure by the State of Vermont as a Licensed Psychologist-Master. His articles have appeared in the Burlington Free Press, the Rutland Herald, Vermont Business Magazine, Business People Vermont, the Champlain Business Journal, and Seven Days.
Flip specializes in workplace interaction consulting, relational skills training, customer service enhancement, cultural assessments of departments, structural improvement of meetings, staff meeting or management retreat facilitation, and executive coaching.
