Gary Savard, Program Director, Software Engineering at Champlain College has over 20 years experience as a software engineer and education. His extensive background includes development on multiple platforms for the Department of Defense, and many private companies. His background includes extensive development experience with Visual Studio, C++, Oracle, SQL Server, ADA, Java, and many other tools. Savard has worked in almost all roles in the software engineering industry, including, developer, DBA, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Systems Architect and CIO. He is an IEEE Certified Software Development Professional and holds multiple industry certifications.
