Meeting Details

This month's lunch and learn features an interactive panel discussion, with testimonials and on the spot expert consulting, on how to productize your IT related services to create a recurring and maintainable revenue stream.

Our three panelists have made the shift from consulting services to provision of products and solutions, and will share their recommendations and tips for how other companies can also make this transition.

Would you like to:

  • Shield your company from dips in the economy and quiet periods?
  • Increase your bottom line profitability?
  • Position your company for potential future acquisition?
  • Create maintainable revenue streams?
  • Foster long term client relationships?

Productizing your services will make your software or services more affordable as the costs are spread over multiple clients, or spread over time.  As you reduce your costs, your value proposition improves and your client base grows.  It's a win-win for you and your clients.

Avail of this unique opportunity to get free advice from 3 local IT business experts, and join in the discussion at VtSDA on May 20th.  Come prepared with your questions!
