Building High Performance Teams
Building and sustaining high performance teams requires experience, the ability to lead and influence, and a balanced focus on people, process, and technology.
The May Lunch and Learn topic focuses primarily on the people considerations, and will provide an overview of a simple, yet effective, performance management process that helps guide and enable employers to build and sustain high performance teams, and will empower employees to be more effective in delivering business solutions, and more motivated to invest time in their own skills development.
Annmarie has successfully instituted this performance management process across many teams, with tangible results such as higher quality of deliverables and significantly improved team motivation, which ultimately results in a team that collaborates more effectively to deliver stronger results for the business.
This presentation would be applicable to anyone who manages or leads teams or individuals, not necessarily software development focused, or employees who would like to empower themselves to take charge of their own performance and skills development.
We hope you can join us for this valuable discussion!
