Jo Bradley - CEO, VT Economic Development Authority
Topic - VEDA programs as they relate to software development in VT
VEDA is Vermont's economic development finance authority, a quasi-governmental agency with assets of approximately $125 million. While VEDA is similar to a bank in its ability to offer loans to businesses, it is usually able to offer below-market rates. VEDA often collaborates with a traditional bank in putting together a total financing solution for a client company. Ms. Bradley will explain VEDA programs and how they work, as well as her perspective on broader topics relating to business expansion and financing.
