Speaker Bios
Frank Driscoll founded Decision Support, a project management consulting practice, in 1988, after a 17 year career at IBM as a software development engineer. He is a graduate of Tufts University.
Don Cummings is a consultant with Decision Support. He worked at IBM for 29 years, with over 20 years as a project manager in software development for manufacturing, planning, production control and administrative systems. Since 2000, he has been a project management consultant for Decision Support working with clients to implement project and portfolio management, develop & deliver project management training, and provide direct project management services for critical projects. He is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Decision Support has provided project management and process re-engineering consulting services to a wide variety of clients in healthcare, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, state government, and financial services. Their area of concentration is systems integration projects for clients that include Burton Snowboards, Fletcher Allen Health Care, IDX, World Warehouse & Distribution, and Ben & Jerry’s.
