In 1997, Frank Sadowski joined GFC and established Gallagher Flynn Human Resource Services, LLC. This group is now one of the largest human resources consulting businesses and the largest executive recruiting practice in Vermont. He was made a partner of the Firm in 2003.
Immediately prior to coming to GFC, Frank was the Principal of Sadowski Consulting Services in South Burlington, Vermont for seven years. Before that, he was Human Resource Manager for Boise Cascade's paper mill in Sheldon Springs, Vermont; Assistant to the President of the University of Vermont; and Chief of Economic Development Planning in the Vermont State Government.
Frank received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Cornell University, attended Harvard Divinity School as a Rockefeller Fellow, and earned a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. He has received Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification, the highest level available, from the Society of Human Resources Management. Outside the firm, Frank helped create Burlington's Ronald McDonald House and the Lake Champlain Waldorf School. He has served as a trustee of the Pine Ridge School and president of the Vermont Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
Brenda Bouchard

Brenda Bouchard is the Relocation Director at Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman Realty, the area's largest provider of relocation services. As Relocation Director she assists companies with job related transfers and individuals moving on their own.
A native Vermonter, Brenda graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in history. She has held a variety of positions in the sales and hospitality fields, including Director of Marketing at the Harvard Club of Boston. She joined Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman Realty in 2002. She served on the Board of Directors of the Vermont March of Dimes from 2002-2007. She also served as chair for the Hickok and Boardman companies Annual United Way Campaign.
