One of GSP's founders and Chief Executive Officer, Joe brings over a decade of lobbying, public affairs and consulting experience to the clients he serves.  Before founding GSP, he served as Director of Community and Economic Development for a former U.S. Senator where he helped organizations identify and participate in funding and growth opportunities within the federal government.  As an expert on federal and state funding, Joe has assisted countless GSP clients in securing millions of dollars for important projects.
