Committee Mission/Charter:
- To build and maintain membership
- Generate income from membership dues
- Develop and promote membership benefits
Member Management Priorities:
- (Fast track) Dues and membership renewals
- (Fast track) Membership database (list) maintenance
- Acquiring new members
- Create a free “registered member” category
- Relationship management (e.g. new member welcome, newsletter, etc.)
- Goal: each member should be contacted once a year directly by a member of the membership committee.
- Classification of membership (i.e. member demographics)
