Committee Charter:
To facilitate meaningful group experiences to members and influencers of the software industry. This may include monthly, annual and special meetings, in addition to event coordination where the Alliance is an exhibitor, such as job fairs, conferences, business expos, etc.
Board Contact:
Duties would include:
- Scheduling
- Obtaining speakers
- Site logistics
- Food
- Signage
- Meeting Greeter, provide name tags
- Speaker thank you’s
- Coordinate marketing and promotion with Marketing Committee
- Email blasts
- Provide initial meeting write up to Marketing Committee
- Attendee management, sign up through money collection
- Develop ideas, agenda, themes for events
